A new chapter for the Sociable food trailer!

In the past 5 years, we have been lucky to be home to many talented chefs & teams (Union Hmong Kitchen, Sammys Avenue Eatery, Francis Burger Joint and Unidos Food Co.).

And now So & So's, an original concept by chef TJ Lauthe.

We’re calling it “MN Street Food”

A few featured items include: Wild rice dog, Homemade chips & seasoned sour cream, Totchos, Cider battered walleye, Chicken wild rice soup, and fried apple pie.

“we’ve accounted for all our gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian friends--there truly is something for everyone.”

Big shout out and thanks to Mike Yuen for the development assist. TJ and Mike worked together on the trailer during the UHK days in addition to at The Lexington- so they know a thing or two about making great food!
